It will be left to rest for 10 minutes and then we can spread a thin sheet, 1 mm thick. We cut strips as we want them to be thin noodles, which we leave on the table spread for about 20 minutes, to dry a little, so that they do not stick when we boil them.

Bring water to a boil with salt. When it boils, add the noodles and cook for 10 minutes. We then put them under a stream of cold water, drain them and boil them with the soup for another 3-4 minutes.


Serve hot soup with green parsley.

Chicken Soup with Homemade Noodles

Finely chop the onion and the rest of the vegetables to taste. In a pot, sauté them in salted butter for 10-15 minutes. Add the spices (except parsley and pepper), pour the chicken soup and bring to a slow boil.
