Revani cake with blackberries

My glass is 300 ml.

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and a little salt until they become frothy and the sugar is no longer felt.

Add the oil and continue mixing, then add the yogurt in which we dissolved the baking powder and start to gradually add the flour and semolina.

Mix well, then mix lightly in the blackberry jam.

Grease a 26/36 cm tray with oil and turn the top over.

Sprinkle a few more blackberries on top, then put the tray in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, but we also do the toothpick test to be sure, considering that it is a semolina top.

While the cake is baking, make the syrup, that is, boil all the ingredients until the sugar melts, then leave it to cool.

After the cake is baked, we let it cool down for good (my luck that I was alone at home and there was no need to cut it hot for the greedy), then I portioned it. I preferred the even larger rhombus format.

Pour the cooled syrup on top, let it soften well and take out the pieces of cake on the plate.

It becomes very fluffy after absorbing the syrup.

It is very good and I will restore it as soon as possible and simple without fruit as it is actually the original recipe.


Tiramisu recipe with blackberries

Murea is left with sugar in the fridge overnight. Some are kept separately fresh for decoration.

Tiramisu Cream:

Leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours.

Instead of blackberries you can use other berries: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, strawberries. But blackberry tiramisu is one of my favorites.

High cholesterol is one of the major risk factors that can be kept under control when we talk about ischemic heart disease (also called coronary artery disease), myocardial infarction and stroke.

If your doctor has found on your blood tests that you have high cholesterol levels, especially after you are over 50, it is important to make some changes in your lifestyle.

What are the values ​​considered normal for cholesterol in adults:

Total cholesterol: below 200 mg / dL - is a value considered desirable in adults.

A study * conducted on 24 adults with hypercholesterolemia came to this conclusion, especially since the participants had a diet rich in monounsaturated fats, which increased their HDL cholesterol by 12%.
