Tomato salad with tofu cheese

The salad is washed under running water and left to dry.

1 kg of corn
1 kg bellows br & acircnză

250 g butter

It is taken from the polenta and lumps are formed in the middle of which the br & acircnza is placed.


Grease the lumps with butter and put them in the oven to brown.

Another option is to place the polenta in bowls, in layers with braids between them, and grease it with butter on top.

Put the bowls in the oven until they turn brown.

Prepare soft-boiled eggs, fried homemade eggs, which are served with bulzuri and garnished with yogurt and sour cream.
