Pickled gogons

it's the first time I put pickles :)) I hope it goes well: D

  • 3 1/2 kg gogonele
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1 piece of horseradish
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece celery + celery leaves FOR SALAMURA:
  • to 1 liter of water put 1 tablespoon of large salt

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pickled Gogonele:

Wash the gogons under running cold water. Place in a 5 l plastic can. Between them put onion rings and slices of carrot, horseradish and celery slices and garlic slices. Put the celery leaves on top.

Put 3 l half of water in a pot, add 3 tablespoons and a half of salt and let it boil. Add the juice over the gogons, close well and put in a dark place.
